Leah's professional journey in the world of Real Estate began with Keller Williams Realty Lone Star, where she spent 6 years building a reputation for herself as a dedicated and driven agent. In April of 2023, Leah took a significant step by transitioning to an independent agent role within Keller Williams Realty Lone Star, demonstrating her ambition and drive.
However, her journey continued to evolve, and in August of the same year, Leah found a new professional home with Duke Realty in Belton, TX. In November of 2023, she started the first team within the brokerage, creating the H2 Realty Team alongside her teammate Nancy. This move reflects her adaptability and her pursuit of growth opportunities within the real estate industry.
In May 2024, Leah's journey took another exciting turn as she joined Always Here Properties, LLC. This change allows her to leverage her skills and expertise to better serve her clients and expand her reach in the Central Texas market.
Leah's unwavering dedication to her clients remains a central theme in her career. Her commitment to delivering exceptional service has driven her to pursue further education in Real Estate, ensuring that she can provide the best possible outcomes for her clients. Her achievements include graduating from the prestigious Keller Williams MAPS Coaching program and completing the BOLD training twice, underscoring her commitment to continuous improvement. Her family holds a special place in her heart, including her youngest son, who is currently pursuing a college education, her older son and daughter-in-law, and her beloved granddaughter who lives close by. Leah's interests span from quality family time to her passion for travel, cooking, and nurturing her friendships.

The Central Texas area is a great place to live and work, which is why Nancy Hazard chose to call it home. With roots in Lawton, Fort Sill, Oklahoma, Nancy relocated to Central, TX in July of 2020. She had been working at Kansas City Parks and Recreation for the previous five years, as a Community Center Director. Now, Nancy has added Real Estate to her involvement in the community. Dedicated to serving the Central Texas area, she is ready to assist with your home-buying and selling needs. As a proud member of the Duke Realty family, Nancy is often described as detail-oriented, and assertive with a caring nature. I fell in love with real estate while working at a title company during college. After earning a journalism degree from Sam Houston State University, I taught high school and middle school for over 20 years. I began working as a part-time Realtor in 2018, and I have enjoyed helping clients so much I’ve decided to focus on real estate full-time.
I recently joined the H2 Realty Team, and I am SO excited to serve my clients with Hustle and Heart.
My husband and I moved to Temple in 2013 from the Houston/Galveston area and quickly fell in love with Central Texas. It didn’t take long to realize this is THE place to be in Texas. We are close to EVERYTHING! Because buying a home is such a huge purchase, we rented an apartment for a few months and explored the area. We wanted to make sure we were in the right neighborhood—for safety, convenience, and resale value. We ended up on the north side of Temple, on a beautiful tree-lined street, with fabulous neighbors, in a house we absolutely love.
And while our home is one of my favorite parts about our move to Temple, I remember the struggle—so many questions about neighborhoods, schools, and home values. It can be so overwhelming! But it can also be exciting! And I am happy to help educate my clients through the entire process.
My husband and I have been married since 2010, have a house full of pets, and love spoiling our nieces and nephews. I occasionally miss my students, but am excited about this new adventure.
And I'm still educating--about the current market value of your home, area sales statistics and market trends, and general real estate information. And if I don't know the answer, I have a whole network of agents who do.
