Leah Hodges is the Team Leader of H2 Realty Team and proudly serves buyers and sellers throughout Central Texas and the Greater Austin area. With years of real estate experience and a passion for helping others, Leah is known for providing exceptional service, honest communication, and expert guidance from contract to closing.
Committed to continued education and excellence, Leah has earned the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation, along with the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certifications. She is also a graduate of Keller Williams MAPS Coaching and completed the BOLD training program twice.
A Central Texas native, Leah has lived in Bell County for over two decades with her husband, Derek. When she's not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and cooking.

The Central Texas area is a great place to live and work, which is why Nancy Hazard chose to call it home. With roots in Lawton, Fort Sill, Oklahoma, Nancy relocated to Central, TX in July of 2020. She had been working at Kansas City Parks and Recreation for the previous five years, as a Community Center Director. Now, Nancy has added Real Estate to her involvement in the community. Dedicated to serving the Central Texas area, she is ready to assist with your home-buying and selling needs. Amee's passion for real estate began while working at a title company during college. After earning her degree in Journalism from Sam Houston State University, she followed her calling to education and has spent more than 20 years teaching. Today, she continues to inspire students as a teacher at Temple High School while also helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.
